How to register.

Open the registration page

Visit the Bradby Draw registration link. You'll see an overview of the three stages and event details. Tap "Start registration" when you're ready.

RCU Lookup

Enter your membership details

Enter the number printed on your Royal College Union card - e.g. A/0001/M - then your surname. We search the RCU database instantly. No account or password needed.

Identity check

Confirm it's you

We show you the name on record for that membership number. Check it matches yours before continuing. If it doesn't look right, go back and double-check your number.

Contact details

Add your phone, NIC & email

Your mobile number is where your QR pass is sent - and what you'll need at check-in on event day. Your NIC is used for identity only. Email is optional, but recommended for a backup copy of your pass.

Verify

Enter the 6-digit code

We send a one-time code to your mobile. Keep this screen open while you check your SMS, enter the code, then tap Verify. Didn't receive it? Tap Resend after 60 seconds.

Your QR pass is ready

Your draw number and QR code are issued immediately. Save the link, download the PDF pass, or wait for the SMS we'll send. You'll need to show this QR at check-in on draw day.

On draw day

What to do on Sunday 5 July.

Come to the venue with your QR pass ready. Check-in opens before the draw begins.

Step 01

Bring your cards

Your RCU membership card and national identity card are both required at the venue.

Step 02

Check in at the desk

Show your QR pass at the check-in desk and enter the OTP sent to your phone to verify your identity.

Step 03

Stay in the venue

Numbers will be called out digitally. You must be present and checked in for your number to be eligible.

Step 04

Watch for your SMS

When your number is drawn, you'll receive an SMS to your registered mobile number to let you know.

Step 05

Verify at the counter

Proceed to the ticket counter, show your QR code, and verify your identity before your purchase is processed.

Step 06

Up to 2 tickets

Each drawn number entitles you to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets. Collect them immediately when called.

Before you come

Make sure your phone is charged - you will need your QR pass on screen at check-in. If you are unsure, bring a printed copy as a backup. You can download your pass as a PDF from your registration confirmation page.
